Many people use cooling fans—especially AC cooling fans, which are commonly found in everyday life. When ordinary consumers purchase AC cooling fans, few of them pay much attention to the issue of how long the fan will last.

As the name suggests, a micro cooling fan is a small, miniature cooling fan designed for use in spaces with limited room. With advancements in technology, we increasingly demand devices that are not only more convenient but also more compact. As a result, the applications of micro cooling fans are becoming ever more widespread. Today, let’s explore the noise factors associated with micro cooling fans. As we all know, micro cooling fans tend to generate less noise compared to their larger counterparts. But what other factors influence noise levels?

As we all know, fans come in two types: DC fans and AC fans. In this issue, let’s take a closer look at DC fans.

Blowers have appeared very early in the long history of human civilization and have found excellent applications in the food service and metallurgical industries. Today, they have evolved to become compact while still meeting the required air volume specifications. Next, we’ll focus on introducing the principles and application scenarios of small high-pressure blowers.

A DC fan is a fan that converts DC electrical energy into mechanical energy by using a DC motor to rotate the fan impeller after receiving a direct current input. This type of fan is therefore referred to as a DC fan.

The booster fan is also a straight-flow fan. As its name suggests, the airflow it produces is straight. The airflow direction is altered by a multi-ribbed diffuser with a turbine-like structure. These ribs have an arc-shaped design, and their configuration has been optimized through software simulations, enabling the fan to generate a spiral airflow while maintaining a straight-directional output. This fan boasts strong operational stability, excellent cooling performance, and a long service life.
