Blowers have appeared very early in the long history of humanity and have found excellent applications in the food service and metallurgical industries. Today, they have evolved to the point where they can be miniaturized while still meeting the required air volume specifications. Next, we’ll focus on introducing the principles and application scenarios of small high-pressure blowers.

  Small high-pressure blowers are relatively compact in size. As the impeller rotates, centrifugal force causes the vanes to propel the gas forward and outward, thereby generating a series of spiral-shaped motions. The air between the impeller blades spirals and accelerates as it rotates, pushing the gas from outside the pump body (which is drawn in through the intake port 1) into the side channels. Once the gas enters the side channels, it gets compressed and then returns between the impeller blades, where it once again undergoes accelerated rotation. As the air travels along a spiral path through the impeller and the side channels, each impeller blade further increases the degree of compression and acceleration. With each successive rotation, the kinetic energy of the gas rises, causing the pressure of the gas passing through the side channels to increase even more. When the air reaches the connection point between the side channel and the discharge flange (where the side channel narrows at the outlet), the gas is forced out of the blades and expelled from the pump via the outlet silencer.

  Small high-pressure blowers are widely used in a variety of industries, including paper-cutting machines, oxygen-reducing combustion devices, cigarette filter tip forming machines, electroplating tank agitation, atomization and drying equipment, water treatment aeration, aquaculture, screen-printing machines, photographic plate-making machines, injection molding machines, automatic feeding and drying machines, liquid filling machines, powder filling machines, welding equipment, film machinery, paper handling, dry-cleaning services, cleaning applications, air dust removal, bottle drying, gas transportation, material feeding, material collection, environmentally friendly water treatment, central dust collection and environmental protection, aquaculture, screen printing, electroplating, dust removal, food processing, packaging, filling, glass manufacturing, pneumatic conveying, small- and medium-sized commercial buildings, and refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.

  It is essential to use flat washers and spring washers to tighten the screws. Ideally, rubber buffer pads should be used to support the weight of the high-pressure fan. For certain applications with strict noise requirements, a silencer can be installed to reduce noise levels—typically by about 5 dB. The silencer should be mounted at the end of either the intake or exhaust duct. In cases where noise reduction requirements are particularly stringent, an additional layer of sound-absorbing cotton can be added, depending on the specific conditions of the equipment itself, thereby meeting the site’s noise standards. The pivot joint is fixed at the position of the motor stator base, ensuring an appropriate gap between the rotor and the stator. Of course, there must also be a clearance between the shaft core and the bearings to prevent the shaft core from becoming locked and thus unable to function. The stator structure of the motor—hereafter referred to as the "stator"—is designed in such a way that, once power is supplied, an induced magnetic field will be generated between the rotor and the stator. The control circuit then drives the electric fan motor into operation. Therefore, in the conventional fan motor design, as long as the fan rotor, the motor stator, and the drive circuit work together via the pivot joint between the shaft core and the bearings and through magnetic field induction, the motor can operate effectively.
