Install Cooling fan
First, you need to understand the functions of each wire connected to the fan’s interface and ensure that the settings and connections are correct before the fan can perform its intended function. So today, let’s share with you how to wire a cooling fan—and what are the steps involved in wiring a cooling fan?
Wiring steps for the cooling fan:
1. Identify the category and model of the cooling fan, and verify whether the terminal strips used in this product match those required for the intended application.
2. Verify that the diameter of the enameled wire matches all required specifications. Do not insert the terminal lug into the side of the enameled wire that curves around the corner.
3. Turn on the power switch for the cooling fan and verify that the model displayed on the machine matches the wound product.
4. Pass the enameled wire out of the winding groove and into the wire-cutting blade’s opening, then insert the stator into the mold.
5. Based on the rotation direction of the fan blades, distinguish between the front and back sides of the wiring terminals being connected.
6. Remove the wound nails from the mold, check whether any single wires are exposed outside the wire grooves, and then reshape them before placing them into the glue frame.
7. After completing all the wiring steps mentioned above, you can turn on the power switch and check whether the cooling fan is operating properly.
The above is a sharing of important considerations when using cooling fans.
