In an application for a product that requires heat dissipation, DC cooling fan Its operating principle is based on energy conversion, specifically: electrical energy → electromagnetic energy → mechanical energy → kinetic energy. The circuit principles generally come in various forms; depending on the circuit design used, the performance of the electric fan will differ.

The speed of a DC cooling fan depends on the voltage, the angle of the fan blades, the diameter, the number of fan blades, and the bearings. So, what are the reasons behind a slow cooling fan speed?

The primary factors determining the speed of a cooling fan are the fan’s structure and components, the friction in the bearings, and the aerodynamic drag caused by the blade angle. If the cooling fan’s air pressure is insufficient, it will also affect the fan’s speed.

1. External factors (such as wind, sand, high temperatures, and low temperatures) can also affect the speed of cooling fans.

Fourth, choose solutions that can achieve low power consumption. Energy efficiency is a major consideration when selecting cooling fans.

Fifth, select targets with a long service life. Being able to operate for an extended period is a necessary criterion for us.

Sixth, choose the option with lower costs. This is a very practical issue.

The pivot joint is fixed at the position of the motor stator base, ensuring an appropriate gap between the rotor and the stator. Of course, there must also be a clearance between the shaft core and the bearings to prevent the shaft core from becoming locked and thus unable to function. The stator structure of the motor—hereafter referred to as the "stator"—is designed in such a way that, once power is supplied, an induced magnetic field will be generated between the rotor and the stator. The control circuit then drives the electric fan motor into operation. Therefore, in the conventional fan motor design, as long as the fan rotor, the motor stator, and the drive circuit work together via the pivot joint between the shaft core and the bearings and through magnetic field induction, the motor can operate effectively.
