How do you test the speed of a DC fan?

To understand the voltage of a DC fan, DC fan manufacturer Set an acceptable size range for the two sets of fans based on their voltage settings, and provide samples. After conducting power-on tests, you’ll obtain three results. Of course, it’s even better if the tests turn out well. If the DC fan’s airflow is weak or noisy, we can make adjustments to it.
If the airflow is very low, we can gradually increase the adjustable power supply voltage and turn on the micro-fan. As the voltage increases, the fan speed will slowly rise, and the airflow will also increase—until we confirm that the DC fan’s airflow meets the equipment’s requirements. At this point, we should record the voltage; note that the noise level will be quite high. We can use the same method to reduce the DC fan’s voltage, thereby lowering its speed ratio and reducing the noise level, and then record the voltage at this lower setting.
After testing according to the steps outlined above, provide a sample and voltage values to the DC fan supplier, record the speed at the current voltage, and then proceed with another sample. Basically, it doesn't matter. If these three steps still fail, we can start from scratch and ask the manufacturer to produce a sample of a different size. However, having gained some experimental experience with samples already will significantly increase the chances of success.

The pivot joint is fixed at the position of the motor stator base, ensuring an appropriate gap between the rotor and the stator. Of course, there must also be a clearance between the shaft core and the bearings to prevent the shaft core from becoming locked and thus unable to function.
