The structure of DC cooling fans: Industrial cooling fans consist of two main parts—the stator and the rotor.
Rotor: Includes the impeller, axial shaft, magnet, magnet casing, and oil ring. Stator: Includes the motor, frame, bearing, fastener, spring, top cover, sl steel sheet, and bottom cover. cover), circuit board (PWM assembly).
 
The winding section of the motor consists of silicon steel laminations, enameled wire, and upper and lower insulating frame structures.
The function of the silicon steel laminations is to guide the magnetic poles and determine the strength of the north and south poles. Meanwhile, the windings dictate the direction of the magnetic flux lines, driving the magnetic frame to rotate. The windings of the stator are typically arranged in four symmetrical phases, each phase being oriented at a 90-degree angle to the others.
The structure of an AC cooling fan is also divided into two main parts: the stator and the rotor.
Stator: Includes the motor, outer frame, bearings, retaining ring, spring, and silicon steel laminations.
Rotor: Includes blades and hub.
The winding section of the motor consists of silicon steel laminations, enameled wire, and an insulating wire frame.
The single-phase internal structure of the stator winding consists of two coils: one is the starting coil, and the other is the running coil. These two coils are connected in series with each other, thereby forming three connection points.

Advantages and Applications of Oil-Bearing DC Fans

The pivot joint is fixed at the position of the motor stator base, ensuring an appropriate gap between the rotor and the stator. Of course, there must also be a clearance between the shaft core and the bearings to prevent the shaft core from becoming locked and thus unable to function. The stator structure of the motor—hereafter referred to as the "stator"—is designed in such a way that, once power is supplied, an induced magnetic field will be generated between the rotor and the stator. The control circuit then drives the electric fan motor into operation. Therefore, in the conventional fan motor design, as long as the fan rotor, the motor stator, and the drive circuit work together via the pivot joint between the shaft core and the bearings and through magnetic field induction, the motor can operate effectively.
