DC brushless Cooling fan The structure can be mainly divided into four major components: the rotor, the stator, the outer frame, and the motor (electric motor), as well as several other minor parts.
First, the fan rotor section:

Includes the circuit board, which controls energy consumption and signal input/output; silicon steel laminations (also known as stator magnets, with winding coils attached on top), used to generate magnetic poles for propulsion switching; and upper and lower covers for the silicon steel laminations, providing fixation and insulation.
Classification of DC Brushless Cooling Fans:
Depending on the type of bearing, there are four main categories: 1. Brushless fans with single-ball bearings; 2. Brushless fans with Rulon bearings; 3. Brushless fans with hydraulic bearings; and 4. Brushless fans with nano-bearings. The standard dimensions of DC brushless fans typically include 6 cm, 7 cm, 8 cm, and 9 cm. A small number of coolers have begun using extra-large 12-cm diameter fans. Fan sizes and specifications are usually indicated by four-digit numbers.

Advantages and Applications of Oil-Bearing DC Fans

The pivot joint is fixed at the position of the motor stator base, ensuring an appropriate gap between the rotor and the stator. Of course, there must also be a clearance between the shaft core and the bearings to prevent the shaft core from becoming locked and thus unable to function. The stator structure of the motor—hereafter referred to as the "stator"—is designed in such a way that, once power is supplied, an induced magnetic field will be generated between the rotor and the stator. The control circuit then drives the electric fan motor into operation. Therefore, in the conventional fan motor design, as long as the fan rotor, the motor stator, and the drive circuit work together via the pivot joint between the shaft core and the bearings and through magnetic field induction, the motor can operate effectively.
