　　Store and maintain DC cooling fans properly to extend their lifespan. DC cooling fan the service life. The following high-quality fan manufacturers will provide you with a detailed introduction to the maintenance methods for DC cooling fans:
　　1. If, during operation, the DC cooling fan exhibits any of the following abnormalities—unusual noises, severe overheating of the motor, energization of the casing, tripped circuit breaker, or failure to start—it should be immediately shut down and inspected. For safety reasons, repairs are not permitted while the fan is running. After maintenance, the fan should undergo a trial run for about five minutes to ensure that no abnormalities remain before being put back into normal operation.
　　2. DC cooling fans should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When storing DC cooling fans outdoors, appropriate protective measures must be taken. During storage and handling, care should be taken to avoid impacts or collisions that could damage the fan.
　　3. The fan may only be operated under fully normal conditions. At the same time, ensure that the power supply capacity is sufficient and the voltage is stable. Running with a phase missing is strictly prohibited. The power supply line must be dedicated; long-term use of temporary lines for power supply is not allowed.
　　4. The DC cooling fan should be kept clean and tidy at all times in its operating environment. The fan surface must be kept free of dust and debris, and the air inlet and outlet openings should be free of any obstructions. Regularly remove dust and other debris from the fan and ducts.
　　5. According to the operating environment, periodically replenish or replace the lubricant in the bearings (for enclosed motor bearings, lubrication oil does not need to be replaced during the bearing’s service life). To ensure proper lubrication of the DC cooling fan during operation, lubricate the enclosed bearings and motor bearings at least once every 1,000 hours. Use ZL-3 lithium-based grease to fill one-third of both the inner and outer races of the bearings. It is strictly prohibited to operate the bearings with insufficient lubrication.

The pivot joint is fixed at the position of the motor stator base, ensuring an appropriate gap between the rotor and the stator. Of course, there must also be a clearance between the shaft core and the bearings to prevent the shaft core from becoming locked and thus unable to function. The stator structure of the motor—hereafter referred to as the "stator"—is designed in such a way that, once power is supplied, an induced magnetic field will be generated between the rotor and the stator. The control circuit then drives the electric fan motor into operation. Therefore, in the conventional fan motor design, as long as the fan rotor, the motor stator, and the drive circuit work together via the pivot joint between the shaft core and the bearings and through magnetic field induction, the motor can operate effectively.
