1. The oil supply of the bearing box is too high. The lubricant is supplied from both sides of the top of the bearing box. There is an oil ring in the bearing box, and the flow rate is controlled by the oil supply throttle valve. If the oil flow rate is high, the fan heat is affected by the high speed operation of the rotor and the increase of lubricant temperature, which will inevitably result in the limit of the maximum oil level lower than the actual oil level in the bearing box, resulting in oil seal leakage. Furthermore, excessive lubricating oil pressure will also cause leakage at the shaft seal.
2. The seal of the oil pipeline line interface is not strict, and the most vulnerable part of the bearing box to oil leakage is the shaft seal. If the O-ring and skeleton oil seal of the shaft seal of the radiator fan are worn out for a long time, ageing and improper matching technology in overhaul, this will happen.
3. Oil leakage of hydraulic cylinder, improper sealing of hydraulic cylinder of radiator fan, or excessive clearance, and improper combination of layers will cause oil leakage of hydraulic cylinder.
4. The quality of lubricating oil is not up to standard. Some of them fail to carry out regular oil quality test according to the regulations. The abrasion of rubber seals caused by excessive particle size or water content in lubricating oil causes corrosion and damage of servo valves, which leads to oil leakage.
