In recent years, many manufacturers of heat dissipation fans have introduced many new technologies in bearing, such as magnetic bearing, water wave bearing, magnetic core bearing, Raffle bearing and so on, which are also improved on the basic form of bearing, and the operation principle is still unchanged. Oily bearings and ball bearings are mainly used in common air-cooled radiators. Double ball bearings belong to high-end products with high precision, high quality and high price. DC fans and AC fans are also different in working principle. Conductor generates magnetic field through electric current. If conductor is placed in another magnetic field, it will generate attraction or repulsion, causing object movement. Inside the fan blade, the rubber magnet surrounds the silicon steel sheet, and the axis part is wound around two groups of coils. Hall induction module is used as a synchronous detection device to control a group of circuits, which makes the two groups of coils winding the axis work in turn. The steel sheet produces different magnetic poles, which have a repulsive force with the rubber magnet. When the suction force is greater than the static friction force of the fan, the fan blade rotates naturally. Because Hall induction components provide synchronous signals, the fan blades are continuously running.
