What are the precautions for installing a DC fan?

A DC fan is a new type of electromechanical fan that utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction, employs Hall-effect sensing components as synchronous detection devices, and controls a set of circuits to switch the energization sequence of the windings, thereby generating a rotating magnetic field and achieving electronic commutation.
Cooling fans offer distinct advantages in terms of wide speed regulation range, lightweight design, environmental friendliness and energy efficiency, controllability, reliability, environmental tolerance, and cost-effectiveness. As a result, they are gradually replacing other types of motors in high-performance applications and are becoming the dominant choice.
Things to note when installing a DC fan:
First: The ducts at the fan’s inlet and outlet must have separate supports; it is strictly prohibited to place overlapping weights on the fan’s components. When installing the fan, pay close attention to its horizontal alignment. The connection between the fan base and the foundation, as well as the joint between the fan and the exhaust duct, should be adjusted to ensure a natural and seamless fit—forceful connections are absolutely forbidden.
Second: The control box supplied with the fan must be compatible with the corresponding fan (in terms of power, voltage, pneumatic method, control mode, etc.).
Third: The fan wiring should be performed by a qualified electrician. The wiring must be correct and reliable, especially ensuring that the wiring numbers at the electrical control box correspond precisely to the numbers on the fan terminals. The fan housing must be reliably grounded, and the grounding must be secure—grounding cannot be substituted with neutral connection.
Fourth: After the fan is installed, use your hand or a lever to gently rotate the impeller and check for any signs of excessive tightness or rubbing. Also, ensure that there are no objects obstructing the rotation. Only proceed with a trial run if no abnormalities are detected. The exposed parts of the fan’s transmission mechanism must be equipped with protective guards (to be provided by the user). If the fan’s air inlet is not connected to a duct, you will also need to install a protective mesh or other suitable mounting device (to be provided by the user).
Fifth, after all the fans have been installed, you should check inside the fans to ensure there are no tools or debris left behind. Finally, perform a thorough inspection of all components and, after running the machine, check for any abnormalities. If everything is normal, it means the installation has been perfectly completed.
