1. DC blowers, with impellers rotating inside the housing without friction and requiring no lubrication, produce exhaust gases that are completely oil-free. They are an ideal air source for pneumatic conveying in industries such as chemical engineering and food processing.
2. The blower is a positive-displacement type blower. When in use, its flow rate changes very little with variations in pressure. However, the flow rate does vary with rotational speed. Therefore, the pressure range can be widely adjusted, and the desired flow rate can be achieved by selecting an appropriate rotational speed.
3. The blower has a high rotational speed, with small clearances between rotors and between rotors and the housing, resulting in minimal leakage and high volumetric efficiency.
4. The structure of the blower ensures that its mechanical friction losses are extremely low. This is because only the bearings and gear pairs have mechanical contact; meanwhile, the rotor, casing, and gear ring all possess sufficient mechanical strength. Safe operation and a long service life are key features of our blower products.
5. The rotors of the blowers have all undergone static and dynamic balancing tests. The finished products operate smoothly with minimal vibration.

The pivot joint is fixed at the position of the motor stator base, ensuring an appropriate gap between the rotor and the stator. Of course, there must also be a clearance between the shaft core and the bearings to prevent the shaft core from becoming locked and thus unable to function. The stator structure of the motor—hereafter referred to as the "stator"—is designed in such a way that, once power is supplied, an induced magnetic field will be generated between the rotor and the stator. The control circuit then drives the electric fan motor into operation. Therefore, in the conventional fan motor design, as long as the fan rotor, the motor stator, and the drive circuit work together via the pivot joint between the shaft core and the bearings and through magnetic field induction, the motor can operate effectively.
