A DC cooling fan is a rotary machine that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. Its operating principle is based on Ampère’s right-hand rule: when a current-carrying conductor is placed in a magnetic field, a magnetic field is generated around the conductor. If this conductor is then placed in another stationary magnetic field, an attractive or repulsive force will be produced, thereby causing... The object moves. Inside the blades of a DC fan, a rubber magnet pre-charged with magnetism is attached. Surrounding the silicon steel laminations, two sets of coils are wound around the central shaft, and a Hall-effect sensor is used as a synchronous detection device to control a circuit—a circuit that... The two sets of coils wrapped around the axis alternate in operation. The silicon steel laminations generate different magnetic poles, which exert attractive and repulsive forces on the rubber magnets. When the attractive and repulsive forces exceed the static friction of the fan, the fan blades naturally begin to rotate. Thanks to the Hall sensing component providing a synchronization signal, the fan blades... Therefore, it can continue to operate.
 
A DC cooling fan can only operate using a DC power supply, and the voltage used must match the rated voltage of the DC cooling fan. Axial-flow fans, on the other hand, encompass both AC cooling fans and DC cooling fans; the two types are mutually inclusive. Closely related.

Advantages and Applications of Oil-Bearing DC Fans

The pivot joint is fixed at the position of the motor stator base, ensuring an appropriate gap between the rotor and the stator. Of course, there must also be a clearance between the shaft core and the bearings to prevent the shaft core from becoming locked and thus unable to function. The stator structure of the motor—hereafter referred to as the "stator"—is designed in such a way that, once power is supplied, an induced magnetic field will be generated between the rotor and the stator. The control circuit then drives the electric fan motor into operation.
