　　 Cooling fan Widely used in both daily life and industry, and extensively employed in computers. ?Communication products? Optoelectronic devices? Consumer electronics? Automotive electronic equipment? Converters, medical devices, heaters, air conditioners? Inverters? ATM machines? Freezers? Welding machines? Induction cooktops? Audio equipment? Environmental protection equipment? Refrigeration equipment, and other traditional or modern devices. Today, a manufacturer of DC cooling fans will introduce to you the maintenance methods for cooling fans.
　　The operating environment should be kept clean and tidy at all times. The surface of the fan must be kept clean, and there should be no debris obstructing the air inlet or outlet. Regularly remove dust and other debris from the fan and ducts.
　　The fan may only be operated under fully normal conditions. At the same time, it is essential to ensure that the power supply capacity is sufficient and the voltage remains stable. Running with a phase missing is strictly prohibited. The power supply line must be dedicated and should not be supplied by temporary lines over an extended period.
　　If during operation you notice any abnormal noises from the fan, severe heating of the motor, live casing, tripped circuit breakers, or failure to start, you should immediately stop the machine and perform a thorough inspection. To ensure safety, repairs are not permitted while the fan is running. After maintenance, you should conduct a trial run for about five minutes to confirm that there are no abnormalities before resuming normal operation.
　　The waterproof fan manufacturer would like to remind you that, depending on the operating environment, lubricant grease should be periodically replenished or replaced in the bearings (for enclosed motor bearings, lubricant grease does not need to be replaced throughout the motor’s service life). To ensure proper lubrication during fan operation, the bearings—including both enclosed bearings and motor bearings—must be greased at least once every 1,000 hours. When adding grease, fill the inner and outer races of the bearing to one-third of their capacity using ZL-3 lithium-based grease. It is strictly forbidden to operate the fan with insufficient lubrication.
　　It should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When fans are stored outdoors, appropriate protective measures must be taken. During storage and handling, care should be taken to avoid any impacts or collisions that could damage the fan.

The pivot joint is fixed at the position of the motor stator base, ensuring an appropriate gap between the rotor and the stator. Of course, there must also be a clearance between the shaft core and the bearings to prevent the shaft core from becoming locked and thus unable to function. The stator structure of the motor—hereafter referred to as the "stator"—is designed in such a way that, once power is supplied, an induced magnetic field will be generated between the rotor and the stator. The control circuit then drives the electric fan motor into operation. Therefore, in the conventional fan motor design, as long as the fan rotor, the motor stator, and the drive circuit work together via the pivot joint between the shaft core and the bearings and through magnetic field induction, the motor can operate effectively.
