When onboarding new clients, Cooling fan manufacturer Jiangshan has some tasks that must be completed, primarily to ensure that everyone can mutually supervise each other on minor issues down the line, thereby reducing the likelihood of errors and ultimately achieving customer satisfaction. For new customers or new cooling fan products, the following items need to be addressed:
First, for new customers, we need to establish customer profiles. Customers must provide relevant documents such as their business license, operating address, phone number, and contact person. We also need to tailor our approach to each customer accordingly. If we simply respond to every random call asking us to produce a few samples, it could easily lead to a lot of unproductive work.
With the new specifications, we need to prepare a BOM (Bill of Materials) and calculate the costs before we can provide customers with accurate pricing. The price quoted will vary depending on the quantity ordered. For orders consistently below 1,000 units, we’ll clearly inform customers at the outset that such orders are not suitable for our production capacity. We’ll advise customers to either find an alternative supplier or place a larger order in one go. Our monthly production capacity is 1.6 million units, and accepting orders below 1,000 units on a long-term basis would significantly impact our overall operational efficiency.
For the specifications of the first production run, we require the customer to sign and return the specification document that was provided to the customer along with the same sample at the time. This document serves as proof that the customer acknowledges and agrees with our specified parameter values. Moreover, this documentation not only forms the basis for the customer’s assessment of whether the cooling fan meets the required standards but also serves as a key reference for our company’s internal quality control and management.
In certain environments with relatively high ambient temperatures, cooling fans are required to withstand high temperatures—for example, in stage lighting products, automotive headlights, projectors, laser equipment, frequency converters, industrial enclosures, chargers, charging stations, and other outdoor electrical devices. The internal cooling fans in these applications often operate under extremely harsh conditions. So, how does Yirongchuan Technology design its cooling fans to ensure they maintain reliable performance even at high temperatures?
1. For the outer frame, we use environmentally friendly, flame-retardant materials that comply with safety regulations and are rated 94-Vo.
2. The chip is a high-temperature chip with protective features, imported from the United States.
3. It adopts a dual-ball bearing structure, with a high-temperature resistance of up to 80 degrees Celsius.
The above is what Jiangshan Lai, the manufacturer of electronic cooling fans, needs to do in response to the requirements raised by new customers and for new products. For more details and information, please visit our official website!
