Heat dissipation can be categorized into two types: passive cooling and active cooling. Among active cooling methods, depending on the specific cooling technique employed, we have air cooling, liquid cooling, water cooling, heat-pipe radiator cooling, semiconductor thermoelectric coolers, compressor-assisted cooling, and liquid-nitrogen cooling. The operating principle of cooling fans is based on energy conversion—electrical energy is first converted into electromagnetic energy, then into mechanical energy, and finally into kinetic energy. The circuit designs underlying these fans typically come in various forms, and the performance of the fan will differ accordingly depending on the circuit used. Meanwhile, cooling fans are widely adopted due to their high rotational speed, ease of installation, and excellent cooling efficiency.
Microscopic Cooling fan The cooling method refers to the primary way in which a heatsink dissipates heat. In thermodynamics, heat dissipation is a form of heat transfer, and there are three main modes of heat transfer:
First, thermal radiation refers to the transfer of heat through radiation; the most common example is solar radiation.
II. Thermal Convection: This refers to the heat transfer method employed by cooling fans that use flowing fluids—whether gases or liquids—to transport heat toward warmer regions. Among computer case cooling systems, the “forced thermal convection” cooling mode, in which cooling fans drive airflow, is more commonly used.
Third, heat conduction—specifically, heat convection and thermal radiation. These are the most common methods of heat transfer used in cooling fans. Simply put, when energy is transferred within a substance itself or between substances that are in contact with each other, this process is referred to as heat transfer. For example, the way the base of a CPU cooler directly contacts the CPU and removes heat from it constitutes heat conduction.

Advantages and Applications of Oil-Bearing DC Fans

The pivot joint is fixed at the position of the motor stator base, ensuring an appropriate gap between the rotor and the stator. Of course, there must also be a clearance between the shaft core and the bearings to prevent the shaft core from becoming locked and thus unable to function. The stator structure of the motor—hereafter referred to as the "stator"—is designed in such a way that, once power is supplied, an induced magnetic field will be generated between the rotor and the stator. The control circuit then drives the electric fan motor into operation. Therefore, in the conventional fan motor design, as long as the fan rotor, the motor stator, and the drive circuit work together via the pivot joint between the shaft core and the bearings and through magnetic field induction, the motor can operate effectively.
