Centrifugal blower Its operating principle is similar to that of a centrifugal blower, except that the air compression process is typically carried out by several working impellers (or stages) under the action of centrifugal force.
The blower rotor is equipped with high-speed rotating blades that drive air to move at a high velocity. Centrifugal force causes the air to flow along the involute path within the involute casing toward the blower’s outlet. The high-speed airflow generates a certain amount of wind pressure. Fresh air is supplied from the center of the casing.

As a result, furnace conditions are stable, molten iron temperature is high, and molten iron quality is excellent. 2 Magnetic Levitation Blowers: The magnetic levitation blower employs core technologies including magnetic levitation bearings, three-dimensional flow impellers, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors, efficient variable-frequency drives for speed control, and intelligent monitoring systems. During startup, the magnetic levitation blower first levitates before rotating without any friction or lubrication. The three-dimensional flow impeller is directly connected to the rotor, resulting in zero transmission losses. This is a high-tech, green, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly product.
