For example, 12038 is a commonly used booster cooling fan, 11 blades of air flow and wind pressure 230CFM, 27.5mmH_2O, speed can only achieve 4300 rpm, 7 blades of this, air flow and wind pressure 241 CFM, 31.3mm H_2O, but the speed is 6200 rpm. From this point of view, the wind volume and pressure of 7 leaves are a little larger than that of 11 leaves.
The above two types of fan have high utilization rate in the mining machinery industry, but the cost of 11 blades is lower. Therefore, the consumption is larger, and the data of the fan volume and pressure of the two cooling fans are very similar. Therefore, from this point of view, the number of blades is not the decisive factor to determine the size of the wind.
