Many people don't know how to install DC fans after they have purchased them. Here's how to install DC fans for you.
First of all, we should carefully read the instructions and product samples of DC fans, familiarize ourselves with the fan specifications, forms, impeller rotation direction and air flow direction, and so on. Second, we should check whether all parts of the fan are installed properly. Secondly, we should take precautions before installation. When installing the fan, we must have safety devices to prevent accidents and install wiring by professionals.
Attention should be paid to installation:
First. The inlet and outlet ducts of DC fans are supported separately, and the overlapping weight of ducts is not allowed to be added to the parts of fans. When installing fans, attention should be paid to the horizontal position of fans, and the connection between the interface of fans and foundations and the outlet ducts should be adjusted so as to make them naturally coincide with each other and not be forced to connect.
Second. The distribution control box of the fan must match the corresponding fan (power, voltage, pneumatic mode, control form, etc.). Third. Fan wiring should be professional electrician wiring, wiring must be correct and reliable, especially the wiring number at the electronic control box corresponds to the number on the fan wiring column, the fan shell should be reliably grounded, the grounding must be reliable, can not replace the grounding with zero.
Fourth. After installation of the DC fan, the impeller is moved by hand or lever to check whether there is any phenomenon of tightness or rubbing, whether there are any objects hindering rotation, and if there are no abnormal phenomena, the trial operation can be carried out. The exposed part of the fan transmission device should have a protective cover (user-provided) such as a protective net or other installation device (user-provided) when the fan inlet is not connected to the pipeline.
Fifth. After all the fans are installed, check whether there are any tool box debris left inside the fans.
Finally, check all parts of the DC fan, after testing machine, see if there is any difference. If everything is normal, it means perfect completion.
